Will my neighbours hear a lot of noise during the process, and will there be a lot of mess?
All of our equipment is modern, and the noise level is kept to a minimum. In regard to the mess, we work hard to keep the worksite clean and safe. Once all heavy equipment tasks are finished, the yard and access area are back bladed with our front-end loader. All excess materials and garbage are removed from the site on a daily basis.
Who is responsible for filling the pool with water?
Pool Builders will arrange to have your pool filled with water, but the cost of the water is your responsibility, and the water trucking company can be paid the day the pool is filled. An average pool holds approximately 21,000 gallons of water, and the cost is approximate $280 per 7,000 gallons of water.
How long will the project take?
Once the excavation is finished, it normally takes one week to complete your pool. This includes pouring the concrete deck around the pool perimeter and having the pool filled with water. Please keep in mind that the pool’s concrete deck cannot be poured until an approval from ESA is obtained, and water cannot be added to the pool until the pool enclosure (fencing) has been approved by your local municipality.
